 Prevent harassment by RWAs/housing

Urban plans must ensure: drinking water, AC restrooms, charging, free clean toilets (women-friendly), creche, bike repair, first aid, emergency aid, free parking.

Declare heat-wave illnesses occupational; include under insurance and PM-JAY.

Right to paid leave

At least 1 paid day off after every 48 working hours logged.
